Return Policy


Minimal Skin will not accept the return of any item/s for change of mind reasons, even if the item is unused. Refunds will also not be issued for services that have been prepaid for change of mind reasons. If you have a faulty product please get in touch via email. Credit notes for services may be issued where deemed appropriate.

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact me with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

Allergy Return

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately and please contact me at info@minimalskin.com before taking further action.

Incorrect Item/Damaged upon Arrival

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item.

If you'd like to confirm whether your return will be eligible for free return shipping, please contact me directly.

I've purchased a tool that is still under warranty - what happens now?

Please contact me within the warranty period, and I will be happy to assist. Please note that some warranties are processed through my Australian Distributor directly, and you may be asked to return the product directly to the supplier.

Postage Policy

Free standard shipping will apply to all orders over $150; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $9.00. Your products will be shipped from the Minimal Skin Studio, Western Australia, within 48 hours of purchase via Australia Post.
